• Items are accepted year-round - the first step is to email brand/description, dimensions and photos to info@sterlingestatesolutions.com of the items you would like to consign. Items selected for consignment are based on market demand and condition.

• Items accepted - furniture, home decor, China, crystal, antiques and must be delivered to the shop by appointment.

• Consignor receives 50% of the selling price and is paid within 2 weeks from the date of the sale.

• Items are kept for a 90-day period. If not sold, Consignor is responsible for picking up the item within 2 weeks from notification or the item will be donated to a charitable organization.
